Karen Barrow is an award-winning and registered Organization Development (OD) practitioner who brings 30 years of corporate experience to provide OD consulting to businesses in the midst of change. She holds an MS in Organization Development from American University in Washington, D.C., and a BA in Psychology from Nazareth College in Rochester, NY. She is also a Registered Organization Development Consultant with the OD Institute in Chicago.
Karen’s varied experiences include consulting for manufacturing, non-profit, retail, health care, public schools, and the high tech industry, as well as, a variety of service organizations. In her tenure at Eastman Kodak Co. she held leadership and management positions working globally with senior executives planning worldwide strategic interventions to manage complex change.
Karen launched Baybridge Consulting as a natural outgrowth of her belief in the potential of people in organizations. The goal of her practice is to increase the effectiveness of organizations. To accomplish this, her approach is to work with client organizations that are interested in developing the freedom to respond to turbulent and unrelenting change. She collaborates with clients to build flexible leaders, processes, and systems. Results have often been seen in bottom-line savings and top-line growth.
A sought after national speaker, Karen has developed and executed over 350 conference and workshop events for CEO, Board, executive, staff, and technical groups in the areas of strategic change processes, team dynamics, diversity initiatives, and leadership development. Her most recent conferences include chairing ASTD’s 2005 Transforming Organizations OD Conference and the Conference Board’s 2004 Women in Leadership - Being an Agent of Change, in NYC and San Diego.
Karen holds an adjunct faculty position at Nazareth College teaching Organizational Psychology. She is a member of the Organization Development Institute and is the past Chair of the Worldwide Committee on “Effective Marketing of OD Services”. She continues to hone her expertise by working with colleagues locally as President Elect on the American Society for Training & Development Board of Directors, and a member of the Organization Development Network, as well as volunteering her time in the community as a past member of Rochester Cares Board of Directors, Additionally, she holds memberships in the Rochester Women’s Network and a past member of the National Assoc of Women Business Owners.

Robert Whipple is CEO of Leadergrow Inc., an organization dedicated to development of leaders. He has spoken on Leadership and the development of Trust in numerous venues across the country. He also teaches leadership and business at several colleges. As an executive coach, speaker, and business consultant, he works with individual clients and large organizations. Bob’s ability to communicate pragmatic approaches to building Trust has won him top rankings wherever he speaks. His work has earned him the title of “The TRUST Ambassador.” Bob is author of two books - one titled, “The Trust Factor: Advanced Leadership for Professionals,” and a new book titled “Understanding E-Body Language: Building Trust Online.”
Bob is the chair of the National Leadership Development Team of The American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) and is a member of the National Advisors for Chapters Team.

For over ten years, Dr. Silver has been the principal of Silver Consulting, Inc. (recently re-branded from Fulcrum Consulting), an independent consulting practice, where he has worked with such diverse clients as: Alcoa, Alliance One Canada, American Red Cross, Bausch & Lomb, Bosch Security Systems, Cape Cod Healthcare, Charter One Bank, The Friendly Home Nursing Home, IntelliRisk Management Corp., Jewish Home Nursing Home, Manulife Financial, Norman Howard School for Learning Disabled, Rochester Catholic Diocese, Toshiba Business Solutions, Ultralife Batteries, Veeco Instruments and Xerox Corporation, to name a few.
