We provide individualized coaching to people who want a one-on-one learning situation so that they can grow personally and professionally in their effectiveness. We enter into each coaching relationship with the knowledge that the client and coach are active partners in the process.

Executive coaching

This customized process is geared toward middle managers, directors and C-level executives. The coach and client design an alliance to work on issues common at these levels:

    • Experiencing new positions; assuming greater responsibility; managing high-risk projects
    • Strengthening their perception of value and impact on the local or global organization
    • Building sustainable positive behavioral changes aligned with the organization's vision and values

 

Women in leadership

We specialize in women in management positions who seek to make powerful and positive change. With the knowledge that the client brings her whole self to the process we acknowdedge the client's creative resourseful and responsible capacity to do this work. To ensure success we create a safe space for wormen to grow and stretch beyond self and organizational constraints so that the client can:

    • Work on the present while clarifying the future whether it is a new position, or added responsibilities
    • Own the responsibility of being identified as high potential or emerging leaders who are intentional about their professional growth prospects
    • Get back on track after an absence from their careers

 

Shadow consulting

When an outside perspective is needed, we provide services for other internal and external OD, and HR, professionals. We are the "consultant behind the consultant" working collaboratively with our client to ensure their work in organizations is sound and supports the intended change. We work with our clients to:

    • Investigate and recommend appropriate evaluation assessments and instruments based on the need and intended outcomes
    • Frame change initiatives through sound organizational theory so that the chances for success are increased
    • Design and develop interventions at an individual, team, or organizational level that will lead to sustainable change
